The Food

At Rubis we offer you with the best choice of mouth watering foods...its your choice the menu is well set by professional personalities in the industry and they well know how its done and the end product is always stunning and you wouldn't want to miss the opportunity of wanting to come back again.....

“Chicken special” is a bit of everything; tomato salad, chicken wings, beef liver, matumbo(tripe) & osuga. My only peeve is that the beef liver is cooked “well done” in the normal Kenyan fashion.

Deep-fried tilapia. It does look too pretty and it tasted really great

Millet/ White ugali. This is my favourite ugali. I would not want to eat it everyday, just to keep it special.

Enjoy the best of beef/goat meat deep fried in every way possible to bring out a plate worth mouth watering......

Athol. This is charcoal roasted beef with gravy. The gravy has a real smoky note from the charcoal roasted beef. The beef was quite lean, which is a good thing for some people but this would have rocked with less leaner cut of beef.
